Warning signs

Tools to stay in control

Deposit limits

Set daily, weekly or monthly caps in your account settings before you start, not after.

Time-outs

Most books let you lock yourself out for 24 hours to several weeks. Use it the moment betting feels compulsive.

Self-exclusion

For a longer break, self-exclude at the operator level, and consider a blocking app like Gamban across all sites.

A note on offshore sites

The offshore sportsbooks and casinos we cover are licensed outside the United States, so they are not part of Florida's state self-exclusion program. That makes your own limits and third-party blocking tools more important, not less. If you are already self-excluded from regulated US gambling, please do not use offshore sites to get around it.
