-For stand-up paddlers of all abilities.
-Spectator friendly, so bring the whole family. Hey, maybe even inspire others!

-$25.00 Entry fee.
-SURF SUP style boards are included.
-Bring your own paddle and PFD.
Course Info:
– 200 meter (bowtie style course) X 4 laps = 1/2 Mile.
– 3 Rounds = 1.5 Miles total. Not that far right?
– Your finish time is a total of all three rounds. Nobody really knows who’s winning until all three rounds are completed.
– Not an ocean event. Don’t worry! Calm waters with some wind possible.
– This is not a sprint event. It’s a HIIT-style workout. This will push your limits, but then give your body and mind time to recover between rounds.
And more:
– With breaks between each round- you have the perfect opportunity to hang out and chat it up.
– You can ask other paddlers for some extra tips and tricks on how to get better, improve buoy turns and hone your paddling movement.
