The grand daddy of all boarding sports, surfing is at the epicenter of Beach ‘N Boards Fest.

Pro Surfing:

Aside from great free surfing opportunities up and down Cocoa Beach, the event will offer up high-level Association of Surfing Professionals-sanctioned men’s and women’s tournaments. The contests will be held during the three best days of surf conditions during the festival’s timeframe of March 13-16th.

The Ron Jon/Vans Jr. Pro will be an ASP 2-star event and the richest of such competitions now scheduled for the US East Coast in 2013. The event will draw all of the best U.S. mainland, Hawaii and Latin American surfers age 20 and under, and will offer up valuable points toward the surfers’ qualifying for the Junior Pro World Championships in Australia. The men’s contest will feature a $20,000.00 cash purse, and the women’s contest will offer a $5,000.00 cash purse. The events are equally weighted with the ASP.

Surf Expo Industry Surf Challenge

Thursday, March 13th, 1:00-4:00pm

The Surf Expo Industry Surf Challenge will bring together 16 surf industry reps to battle for bragging rights as top surfer. Entry fee is $30 per person with top surfers’ winnings going to a charity of their choice.

Under Armour presents the Under Armour Tow-At – with surfers by invite only, competing for a winner take all $1,000 cash prize.
